We went out mining and hunting for some new rock flavors like Sunstones and Opal! Of course there is the thrill of finding and then there’s a fairly involved process of sorting and polishing. It’s fun work and the spoils are amazing. For a week in February, time will be spent creating gems out of the rough stones and then the jewelry design process commences.
