High above the fray of the Bayfront, with a view of the boats and sea lions at play, one can sample the fruits of the region by taking a flight in the ozone.
As we have both contemporary and traditional art on the walls, we enjoy comparing some unique translations of varietals along side more tried and true realizations of the grapes from small production vineyards and wineries, local and from over seas.
Our location is near one of the better locals for Pinot Noir; the Willamette Valley. We love to carry the local Pinots (Noir, Blanc, and Gris) and compare the variety of flavors from the different areas within the valley and, at times, beyond.
In addition to the Pinot family of grapes, we typically will feature whites that pair nicely with the fish you may find in the fish counters of the Bayfront. The reds on our flight will usually take you all over the Pacific Northwest for Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Zinfandel, Red Blends, and all the rest of the fun grapes that can be found. Rose's are gaining in popularity and artistic expression so they typically will make an appearance on the bar as well as the occasional delicious import.
Our lineup changes often so if you'd like to inquire about the features or make a tasting appointment Contact Us. If you wish to do a spontaneous tasting, we pour between 11-4pm unless booked.
