This wearable art piece is fashioned after a stylized hydrangea leaf complete with homage to the colors and textures. The Turquoise is the sweet hue of the sky blue hydrangea blossoms, that are actually used to emboss the copper body of the pendant. White Topaz in Fine Silver mimics the dew drops on the leaves and Smokey Quartz like the organic inclusions on the leaves. The flow of design is cut through the copper to integrate whatever you’re wearing underneath, making it the perfect summer necklace to match with all your outfits of the season!
This fantastic art piece features a natural Turquoise, that measures about 12mm x 15mm in the truest sky blue. The perimeter of the hydrangea leaf design is tracked by the matrix of the stone and the lush earth-tone of the stone blends with the copper ‘leaf’. The body of the piece, measuring about 42mm x 20mm, is made from Copper, that is embellished with Sterling and Fine Silver. The White Topaz is 3mm and set in a Fine Silver ‘bun’ setting. Smokey Quartz, 2mm, is flush set in Sterling Silver along with White Topaz (1mm). The copper leaf design is both embossed with Hydrangea Leaf but also textured and patinaed to bring out the depth and contrast of the design. This pendant comes on a 3mm, 18” Greek leather cord so you can wear it right away and goes with everything. The piece can also be fabulously paired with any of your favorite chains to change up the look and keep summer going through all the seasonal outfits with you.
