Get your Fall flow on with this Oregon Fire Opal, Crazy Lace Agate and White Topaz dazzling dance! The Oregon Fire Opal (mined and faceted by us!) varies from bright tangerine to deep juicy orange and picks up all the ribbons of color cruising through the incredibly lacey Agate (also cut and polished in shop!). The White Topaz picks up the lovely white agate lake in the cabochon and adds the perfect sparkle to this fantastic fall flow.
The elegantly swooshing curves and coils of this Crazy Lace Agate was a pleasure to cut and polish. The generous size (approx 31mm x 21mm) afforded so much viewing area for the graphic scape of golds, oranges, rusts, olive, and ivory hues and fortifications. It’s set in Fine Silver on an intricately patterned body of both sterling silver and fine silver. The undulations of the crazy lace forms are repeated in fine silver above the stone, joined by sterling and fine silver ball accents. One of these holds a 2mm White Topaz to add the perfect amount of glimmer to the scene. Above all that dancing flow, an Oregon Fire Opal (mined by us and faceted in the Ozone Studios) sits regally, like upon a throne. The Fire Opal (7.7mm, 1.2 carats) boasts inner hues from gold to tangerine, and dives into a deeper, dark orange depending on the light. The fine silver, custom double prong setting continues the rhythm of the dance around the glowing facets of the opal. A sterling silver bale completes this piece, that measures 48mm from bale to bottom and 35mm side to side. It will arrive ready to wear on a black, greek leather 3mm cord (with hook and loop closure), and will also compliment any of your favorite chains that you may already have.
