Out of the ‘Blue Bed’ in Central Oregon, this powerful Thunder Egg Agate begged for a bracelet setting. Earth-tone rhyolite peaks up through blue agate like islands in the deep blue sea. Fine Silver holds the gem and Sterling Silver backs it. A copper cuff holds this to your wrist with islands of silver and copper dappling it as well.
The cuff style bracelet body is hammered 20 gauge copper with 20 and 18 gauge copper and Silver added fortification. Sterling Silver balls also grace the bracelet body design that is 6 inches flat or size Small. The stone was sourced at Richardson’s Rock Ranch in Oregon, hand polished, and the setting fabricated from scratch by Karen Britt. Each piece is a one of a kind piece of art, because no two stones are the same and the settings are created by hand, no two pieces are the same (even the earrings). It should be mentioned that all stones are used in their natural state; never dyed or heated to change their appearance. All the metals used are either recycled or fair, humane trade verified and all components used in the jewelry will return to the earth leaving no footprint. Thank you for enjoying the art.
